Lili Reinhart shot to fame as one of the cast of Riverdale: the camp, fantasy-inflected teen soap opera which made plot holes an art form. Since then she's also appeared in major movie roles: from Hustlers to Netflix's Look Both Ways.

Outside of her work on screens both big and small, however, Lili has developed a devoted fanbase thanks to her candid personality and openness to discussing body positivity, sexuality and mental health, as well as sharing her own struggles.

And now, she's getting even more real - posting a carousel of three photos (where she appears to be topless) to her 26.8 million followers on Instagram. The pics currently have a huge 1.8 million likes and over 4000 comments as the actress used the opportunity to open up about her skin journey.

She posted the photos with a revealing caption, delving into her relationship with her skin. "Since I was 12, I’ve struggled with acne. My skin has suffered consistent breakouts, hyperpigmentation, redness and scarring," she wrote.

"I feel impassioned and motivated to find solutions for not only myself, but others who struggle as well. This is my skin now, makeup free… no filter. I can’t wait to share more about what I’ve been working on"

Many of her followers took the caption as a sign that the actress is working on a skincare line - which were reflected in comments such as:
