Despite the seriously hot weather outside (we’re melting, okay), celebs are still heading to the spa to work up a sweat at the sauna and adding some serious heat to our timelines in the process too. In the past week, we’ve seen Rita Ora pose topless in a sauna, Rosalía’s new music video takes place in a spa, and Kendall Jenner shared a steamy topless video from her bathroom.

And yesterday (June 12), Shay Mitchell shared an absolutely glowing image of herself topless, in nothing but a towel, in a sauna on her Instagram. In the image, Shay is facing the camera with half her face in the shot while sitting cross-legged in a beige towel.

Shay captioned the stunning image, which was part of a carousel of pictures, “A little bit of this….”

Shay looks absolutely incredible in the photo, but the idea of going into a hot sauna right now? We’re getting hot and bothered just thinking about it.

The other images in the carousel feature Shay attending the writers’ strike in Los Angeles, complete with signs referencing her role in Pretty Little Liars and showing support for the writers.

She also shared an image of some delicious-looking espresso martinis, a picture with her daughter, and a shot of suitcases from her luggage company Béis.

Shay’s followers were loving the selection of images she shared, with the post already receiving more than 125,000 Likes, and many left comments praising her for attending the writers’ strike, as well as many sharing a selection of heart and flame emojis.

Mindy Kaling also showed her love for Shay on the post, commenting, “You are 🙌🏾.”
