At more than 25,000 square feet, the University of Florida’s Sigma Kappa house sleeps 66 girls, offers a full kitchen and laundry room on each floor (?!?!), and has a craft room (for Little Szn, naturally). Meanwhile, my current apartment doesn’t get any natural light, lol.

Alpha Phi at the University of Colorado Boulder

In 2018, it was reported that the Boulder sorority houses are some of the highest-valued in the country, which, hi, totally makes sense, given how gorgeous this abode is. If I lived here, I’d carry a vintage tennis racket with me at all times (as an accessory, not for sports).

This house is—wait for it—*46,350* square feet. The interior legitimately looks like a castle, complete with chandeliers and a grand staircase you’d walk down really, really slowly. Like a princess.

This 43,000-square-foot home has a 250-person dining room that opens out to a private courtyard. The interior basically looks like Restoration Hardware barfed on it but, like, in a good way.

This classic Greek home features columns fit for the president and a grand porch housing the cutest pink rocking chairs we’ve ever seen. By the way, AKA was the first sorority established in the U.S. by and for black women, and the chapter at Alabama was chartered in 1974.

While the exterior of this house looks like a classic California manse, the interior looks more like a Cape Cod B&B. (Never would’ve imagined that to be a cute combo, but here we are.) It’s also got a rooftop patio with cushioned loungers, so the sisters can soak up some vitamin D while they study.

Phi Mu at the University of Alabama

The mother of all srat houses, the Phi Mu home at the University of Alabama cost almost $13 Million! To! Build! The mansion (there, I said it) spans nearly 40,000 square feet but somehow fits only 68 of the chapter’s 436 members. If you do the math, that’s approximately 588 square feet PER RESIDENT. K? K!

Zeta Tau Alpha at the University of Alabama

This stunning home was built in January 2017 and sleeps 67 women. The three-story building has everything from a floating grand staircase to a large patio with outdoor TVs. Supposedly, the library even has a chandelier shaped like a crown—as in, the sorority’s badge. Cute.

Delta Zeta at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville

Forty-four sisters get the privilege of inhabiting this 15,000-square-foot home and its 16 bathrooms. SIXTEEN BATHROOMS. Also, I should mention that there are five…executive suites. (Yeah, you read that right.) On top of the luxe interior, there are two outdoor patios fit for a country club. Jelly.

Chi Omega at the University of Kansas

The Chi Omega house at the University of Kansas sleeps 86 women and has a recreational “television room,” which I’m pretty sure means a movie theater. The chapter even has a Chi Omega Fountain in front of the house, which was built in 1955 in honor of their 50th anniversary at the school—but you probs already knew that, since it’s a favorite spot for grad and formal pics.

This historic home was originally built in 1857 and Phi Mu, the first-ever sorority at the University of Georgia, purchased it in 1964. [Editor’s note: That must mean it’s haunted, right?] The chapter has since added a two-level dorm area, allowing housing for up to 68 members. BRB, adding this to my Pinterest board because the lattice detailing on those porches is *chef’s kiss.*
