Real estate reality TV show fans are in luck as season two of Buying Beverly Hills just dropped on Netflix. The 10-part series follows the lives, listings and dramas of the staff at one of the world's leading real estate agency's The Agency. The Agency was co-founded by Mauricio Umansky in 2011, but just how rich has Mauricio become from his role as one of the top of realtors in the US? Here's everything you need to know about his net worth.
Mauricio began working in real estate in his mid-20s
Mauricio's first career wasn't actually in real estate. Instead his first foray into the business world was with a clothing company called 90265 which he created after he came out of college.
He sold the company when he was 26 years old and began working for his brother-in-law Rick Hilton (yep, the dad of Paris Hilton) at his real estate firm Hilton & Hyland.
Mauricio's first sale was a casual $7.5million property
When Mauricio began working at Hilton & Hyland, the first property he sold belonged to his wife Kyle Richards' first husband Guraish Aldjufrie, whom Mauricio says he has a great relationship with. Mauricio sold Guraish's property for a casual $7.5million.

He became the top agent for nearly a decade
While working at Hinton & Hyland Mauricio, claimed he made over $200,000 in commission during his first year at the company, he told Worth.
Mauricio then went onto become the top agent at the company for a number of years and claims at one point he was responsible for 20 per cent of the company's overall sales.
Mauricio co-founded The Agency in 2011
Following his time at Hilton & Hyland Mauricio went onto co-found his real estate company The Agency, along with Billy Rose and Blair Chang.
Now, Mauricio is the company's CEO and The Agency has gone onto have more than 110 offices around the world, specialising in luxury property sales.
As mentioned in Buying Beverly Hills season two The Agency sold about $12.4billion worth of real estate in 2022/2023. Not too shabby.

He's made a number of property investments
Unsurprisingly, with Mauricio's real estate knowledge, himself and his wife Kyle Richards, an iconic cast member of The Real Housewives of Buying Beveryly Hills, have made some notable property investments over the years.
The couple currently own a stunning property in Encino, California and also own a home in Palm Springs, which they bough in 2014 for $2.35 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
They previously owned a Bel-Air mansion which frequently appeared on RHOBH and was eventually sold in January 2022 for $6.1million. The couple also owned a home in Aspen which they sold at the end of 2022 for a casual $7.75 million, having bought it for $4.2million a few years earlier.
So, what is Mauricio's net worth?
As the co-founder of The Agency and a prominent figure in the real estate world, Mauricio has done pretty well for himself and is reportedly said to have a net worth of $100million.
Ok, we really need a career switch up.
